I was interested in other bread recipes on the Khun lerla blog.. So I decided I would like to make “Salad Bacon with Dried shredded pork and Salad Bacon flower Bread” .. I changed the bread recipe a little bit to suit my bread maker.
Heat the water in the microwave for 1 minute. Then add the warm water to the bowl of the Baker’s oven. Next add the sugar, salt, and the cooking oil into the bowl. Next add the flour mixture from No.1 to this.. Now make a small hole in the top of the flour as in picture. (This is for the yeast mixture)
After the bread has finished baking take it out of the bowl . Preparing some place to kneed and rolled the bread into balls. I did not roll mine as smoothly as Khun lerla did.. But it is ok because when we bake it comes out smooth..
I have 2 size , 100 g. for Salad Bacon with Dried shredded pork and 50 g. for Salad Bacon flower Bread”
I wanna give it a try..just wonder if bread flour is really plain flour (like you said above) or it's white strong flour.. please reassure me ! Thanks..
