Clairefontaine ศูนย์ผลิตสุดยอดนักฟุตบอลฝรั่งเศส ศูนย์ผลิตสุดยอดนักฟุตบอลฝรั่งเศส / กษิติ กมลนาวิน เมื่อประมาณ 7 ปีที่แล้ว คือในเดือนสิงหาคมปี 1999 ศูนย์ฝึกฟุตบอลแห่งชาติของฝรั่งเศสที่มีชื่อว่า แกลร์ฟงแตน ได้เปิดคอร์สสอนฟุตบอลช่วงปิดเทอมให้แก่เด็กๆนักฟุตบอลรุ่นเยาว์ อายุ 12-13 ปี ร่วม 800 คน และเมื่อจบคอร์ส ทางศูนย์ฝึกก็คัดเอาเด็กที่เจ๋งๆ ฉลาด ทักษะเยี่ยม มีศักยภาพ ดูใบหน้าท่าจะมีอนาคต เก็บเอาไว้ฝึกเป็นเวลา 3 ปี จำนวน 24 คน ในจำนวนนี้มีนักฟุตบอลที่ปัจจุบันนี้ออกหากินเป็นอาชีพ สังกัดสโมสรใหญ่ๆและเริ่มเป็นที่รู้จักแล้ว 3 คนคือ อาเต็ม เบ็น, อาร์ฟา ริการ์โด ฟาตี และ อาบู ดิอาบี ศูนย์ฝึกที่ว่านี้ มีชื่อเต็มว่า L' Institut National du Football de Clairefontaine หรือ อีแอ็นแอ็ฟ แกลร์ฟงแตน ซึ่งตอนหลังมีอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า ศูนย์เทคนิกแห่งชาติ แฟร์น็อง ซาสตร์ เพื่อเป็นการให้เกียรติแก่อดีตประธานสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลฝรั่งเศสคนนี้ ที่เสียชีวิตกลางคัน ขณะเป็นประธานจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลก ฟร็องซ์ ’98 ร่วมกับ มิเชล พลาตินี แฟร์น็อง ซาสตร์ เกิดไอเดียเรื่องศูนย์ฝึกฟุตบอลมาตั้งแต่ปี 1976 ตอนนั้น เขาเป็นนายใหญ่ของวงการฟุตบอลฝรั่งเศสได้ 4 ปีแล้ว โดยเลือกที่ตรงเมืองแกลร์ฟงแตน อ็อง นีฟลีน ( Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines ) ซึ่งห่างจากกรุงปารีสไปทางตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ราว 50 กิโลเมตร แต่กว่าจะเริ่มก่อสร้างก็ปาเข้าไปถึงปี 1985 และมาเปิดใช้งานตามความฝันของเขาในเดือนมกราคม 1988 อีก 10 ปีต่อมา ตอนฝรั่งเศสเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลกในปี 1998 แกลร์ฟงแตนก็เป็นฐานที่มั่นของทีมชาติฝรั่งเศสด้วย ถึงปัจจุบันนี้ ฝรั่งเศสมีศูนย์ฝึกฟุตบอลกระจัดกระจายอยู่ทั่วประเทศทั้งหมดรวม 9 แห่ง แต่ศูนย์ฝึกที่ถือว่ามีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อุปกรณ์ครบครัน เพียบพร้อมที่สุด ถือเป็นเม็กกะแห่งฟุตบอลฝรั่งเศสก็ต้องที่นี่แหละ ถ้าเปรียบกับอังกฤษ ก็คงเหมือนกับศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาของอังกฤษ ซึ่งมีทั้งหมด 5 แห่ง แต่ที่มีสนามฝึกฟุตบอลนั้น มีเพียง 3 แห่งคือ บิชแชม แอบบี ในบักกิงแฮมเชอร์, คริสตัล พาเลซ ในกรุงลอนดอน และที่ลิลชอว์ ในชรอพเชอร์ ซึ่งใครๆก็ยอมรับว่าของฝรั่งเศสนั้นสุดยอดกว่ามาก ครั้งหนึ่ง สเวน โกรัน อีริคส์สัน อดีตผู้จัดการทีมชาติอังกฤษ ชาวสวีเดนก็ยังเคยมาเยี่ยมเยียน และถึงกับออกปากชม สเวนบอกว่า ถ้าอังกฤษมีศูนย์ฝึกที่เทียบเท่าแกลร์ฟงแตนละก็ ป่านนี้คงเป็นแชมป์รายการใหญ่ๆไปหลายรายการแล้ว เด็กฝรั่งเศสนั้น เวลาฝึกฟุตบอลที่ศูนย์แห่งนี้ เขาฝึกอะไรบ้าง ก็นอกจากเรื่องทักษะการเดาะบอล ครองบอล เลี้ยงบอล ผ่านบอล การยิงประตูแบบพื้นๆ รวมทั้งการทดสอบสมรรถภาพต่างๆแล้ว ก็มีเรื่องของการเคลื่อนไหวที่แต่ละคนไม่ว่าจะเคยทำได้ดีและรวดเร็วขนาดไหน ก็ให้มันดีขึ้น เร็วขึ้นอีก เหมือนกับมาปรับวงสวิงกันใหม่ตามหลักวิชาที่ถูกต้อง การเคลื่อนไหวอย่างฉลาดและมีประสิทธิภาพ หัดใช้เท้าข้างที่ไม่ถนัด หัดแก้จุดอ่อนในเกมของเด็กแต่ละคน ตลอดจนพวกแทคติกต่างๆในการเลี้ยงบอล การแย่งบอลจากฝ่ายตรงข้าม การเข้าช่วยเพื่อนที่ครองบอล การเคลื่อนที่เข้าสู่ตำแหน่งต่างๆ เรียกว่าฝึกอย่างครบครันผลิตออกมาเป็นนักฟุตบอลที่มีอาวุธครบเครื่อง ใช้งานได้เลย กลับมาพูดถึง 3 นักฟุตบอลที่กล่าวถึงตั้งแต่แรก ตอนนี้ 7 ปีผ่านไป ใครไปอยู่ไหนกันบ้าง คนแรก อาเต็ม เบ็น อาร์ฟา กองหน้าเชื้อสายตูนีเซีย ผู้ซึ่งปฏิเสธที่จะเล่นให้ทีมชาติตูนีเซีย เพราะใฝ่ฝันที่จะได้สวมเสื้อ เล เบลอ ชุดใหญ่คว้าแชมป์ระดับนานาชาติ เบ็น อาร์ฟาคิดว่า ถ้าเขาทำตามคำชักชวนของ โรเช เลอแมร์ โดยเล่นให้ตูนีเซีย เขาก็คงจะไม่มีโอกาสคว้าแชมป์อะไรเลย เขาเคยได้แชมป์ยุโรปรุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 17 ปี กับทีมชาติฝรั่งเศส ตอนนี้ก็เล่นให้สโมสรโอแล็งปิก เดอ ลิอง มา 3 ฤดูแล้ว และลิองก็กำลังจ่อแชมป์ลีกเอิงสมัยที่ 6 ติดต่อกัน รายต่อมา คือ ริการ์โด ฟาตี มิดฟิลด์ตัวรับของ อา เอส โรมา รองจ่าฝูงในกัลโช เซริเอ อา อิตาลี นักเตะฝรั่งเศสเชื้อสายเซเนกัลร่างโย่งวัย 20 ปีคนนี้ ย้ายจากสโมสรสตราสบูรก์ของฝรั่งเศส เข้ามาอยู่กับทีมในอิตาลีแทนโอลิวิเอ ดากูร์ ที่ย้ายออกไปซบอินเตอร์ มิลาน และฟาตีก็ทำผลงานได้ไม่เลวทีเดียว ในนัดที่โรมาต้องไปเยือนโอลิมเปียกอส ที่กรีซในศึกแชมเปี้ยนส์ ลีก เขาได้รับมอบหมายให้จับตาย ริวัลโด เอาซะอยู่เลย นัดนั้นโรมาชนะ 1-0 คนสุดท้าย คือ อาบู ดิอาบี มิดฟิลด์ทีมชาติฝรั่งเศส เล่นให้โอแซร์ในลีกเอิง 2 ฤดูกาล ก่อนที่จะเซ็นสัญญาย้ายมาอยู่กับอาร์เซนอลเมื่อต้นปี 2006 ด้วยค่าตัวประมาณ 2 ล้านปอนด์ ดิอาบีได้รองแชมป์คาร์ลิง คัพปีล่าสุด โดยแพ้เชลซีในนัดชิงชนะเลิศที่มิลเลเนียม สเตเดียมในกรุงคาร์ดิฟ ประเทศเวลส์ และนัดนั้นเอง ที่ดิอาบีเตะสกัดลูกเตะมุม หลังเท้าเจอกับกรามซ้ายของจอห์น เทอร์รี่ ที่กำลังยื่นหน้าเข้ามาโหม่งบอลอย่างจัง ร่วงลงหมดสติ นึกว่าตายซะแล้ว นักเตะดังๆ หลายคนที่เป็นศิษย์เก่าของศูนย์ฝึกแกลร์ฟงแตน ถ้าบอกชื่อไปแล้วก็คงการันตีในความสำเร็จที่กำลังจะเกิดกับ 3 คนนี้ได้ดี เช่น นิโกลาส์ อาเนลกา, ฟีลิป คริสต็องวัล, วิลเลียม กัลลาส, หลุยส์ ซาฮา และหมอนี่ก็ใช่อีก เธียร์รี่ อองรี ไงล่ะ โดย ผู้จัดการออนไลน์   Create Date : 11 เมษายน 2555     0 comment Last Update : 11 เมษายน 2555 21:52:17 น.     Counter : 787 Pageviews.   Share Tweet
