Ultrasonography of upper abdomen. History of CBD stone post surgery. The study reveals marked incresed echogenicity of liver, so deep part of liver cann't seen However, no definite dilatation of IHD is noted. No space taking lesion of liver is seen. The gall bladder is not seen, may be previous cholecystectonny. The spleen is not enlarge. The pancreas is not seen, due to superimposed bowel gas. The kidneys are normal.
