ปัญญากับความคลายโศก



เป็นการยากที่จะไม่มีความเศร้าโศกเสียใจ

เมื่อพลัดพรากจากของที่รัก ที่ว่าจะเตรียม

ตัวอย่างไรนั้น ต้องเข้าใจก่อนว่าทำไมจึงมีความเศร้าโศกเสียใจ

คำตอบก็คือเพราะมีความติดข้องผูกพันในสิ่งอันเป็นที่รัก

ถ้าเราไม่มีความติดข้องผูกพัน ก็จะไม่มีความ

เสียใจในการ พลัดพรากจากสิ่งนั้น

คำถามต่อไปก็คือ จะละคลายหรือดับความติดข้อง

ได้อย่างไร คำ ตอบก็คือต้องมีความเข้าใจตามความเป็นจริง

ว่าทุกสิ่งที่เราติดข้องพอใจนั้น แท้จริงก็เป็น

เพียงสภาพธรรมแต่ละอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วก็ดับไปอย่าง รวดเร็ว

แต่ต้องด้วยปัญญาที่เป็นขั้นภาวนาจริงๆ ไม่ใช่เพียงขั้นคิดนึกเท่านั้น

จึงจะคลายความ ติดข้องไปได้บ้าง แต่ถ้าจะปราศจากความเศร้าโศกเสียใจจริงๆ เลย

จะต้องเจริญ ปัญญาจนถึงขั้นเป็นพระอริยบุคคลขั้นพระอนาคามี

เพราะแม้จะมีปัญญาถึงขั้นพระโสดาบัน หรือพระสกทาคามี

ก็ยังมีความเศร้าโศก เสียใจ เพราะยังมีความติดข้องใน

รูป เสียง กลิ่น รส โผฐฐัพพะ อยู่ ดังนั้นควรเห็นประโยชน์ของการอบรมเจริญปัญญา

ที่เริ่มจากการฟังธรรม ศึกษาธรรม ที่จะค่อยๆ สะสมความรู้ความเข้าใจ

ไปที่ละเล็กทีละน้อย ไม่ใช่จะหวังเกินวิสัย

ที่จะไม่เศร้าโศกในสิ่งที่ติดข้องผูกพัน
