Mango Swirl Cheesecake



ส่วนผสมเปลือก

- บิสกิตบดหยาบ 10 ออนซ์
- เนยสดละลาย 2 ออนซ์

ส่วนผสมชีสเค้ก

- ครีมชีส ฟิลาเดลเฟีย (ขนาด 250 กรัม) 2 ก้อน
- น้ำตาลทราย 6 ออนซ์
- น้ำมะนาว 1 ออนซ์
- ผิวส้มสด หั่นละเอียด 1/4 ออนซ์
- ผงเจลาติน 1/2 ออนซ์ ละลายในน้ำ 2 ออนซ์
- มะม่วงสุกหั่นละเอียด ประมาณ 2 ผล (แล้วแต่ความชอบ)
- วิปปิ้งครีม 8 ออนซ์

วิธีทำ

ผสมบิสกิตกับเนยละลาย นำไปกรุลงบนพิมพ์ ขนาด 22 ซม. กดให้แน่น นำเข้าตู้เย็นจนเปลือกเกาะตัวแน่น

วิธีทำ

- ตีครีมชีสจนเนื้อเนียนด้วยหัวใบไม้
- เติมน้ำตาลทราย เจลาตินละลาย น้ำมะนาว และ ผิวส้ม ตีให้เข้ากัน
- ผสมเนื้อมะม่วง (3 ส่วน) และ วิปปิ้งครีม ลงในส่วนผสมที่ตีเข้ากันแล้ว
- เทส่วนผสมทั้งหมดลงในพิมพ์ที่กรุเปลือกไว้
- นำมะม่วง 1 ส่วนที่เหลือโรยบนชีสเค้ก และใช้ปลายส้อมคนเบา ๆ นำเข้าแช่ตู้เย็น

TIP :

- สามารถตกแต่งเพิ่มเติมด้วยมะม่วงหั่นสไลซ์บาง ๆ
- หากใครไม่ชอบทานมะม่วง อาจใช้พีชหรือแอปปริคอต (กระป๋อง) แทนได้ค่ะ
