ปักษาสวรรค์
ลักษณะทั่วไป : ปักษาสวรรค์เป็นพืชที่มีความสวยงามมาก โดยเฉพาะดอกของมันดูแล้วคล้ายกับนกที่กำลังบินอยู่บนท้องฟ้า ปักษาสวรรค์นี้เราจะปลูกไว้เพื่อชมดอกของมันโดยเฉพาะ ใบมีสีเขียวเข้ม ลักษณะรูปใข่ แต่ตอนปลายใบจะเรียวแหลมคล้ายกับหอก ใบยาวประมาณ 12-16 นิ้ว ตั้งอยู่บนก้านใบที่แข็งแรงยาวประมาณ 17-18 นิ้ว ปักษาสวรรค์จะเริ่มให้ดอกเมื่ออายุประมาณ 6 ปี นิยมปลูกเป็นกลุ่มตามสนามเพื่อให้ออกดอก ก่อให้เกิดความสดชื่นแก่ผู้พบเห็น
