3 cups sugar 1 cup salad oil 4 eggs, beaten 16 oz. can pumpkin 3 1/2 cups sifted flour 2/3 cup water 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Mix well after each addition. Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9X5 inch loaf pans. Bake @ 350* for 1 1/2 hours or until rests done. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cool. Make 2 loaves.
1/ Halibut flesh , cut in big piece. Stream it around 10 minutes.
1/ Heat olive oil in a pan and put chopped garlic and fry until it turns to be brown color 2/ Put sliced bell pepper and chopped chilli pepper and wait until it cooked. 3/ Add soy bean paste, soy sauce, chicken powder and sugar then add water 4/ Put sliced ginger and stream halinut real quick in the pan and its ready to serve.

1) Wash and chop brocoli in not too big or small pieces. 2) Clean the shrimps and take out their shells 3) Heat olive oil in a pan then put chopped garlic . Stir until garlic get brown 4) Put shrimps and quick stir. 5) Put chopped broccoli into a pan. Should use a high heat to make broccoli green and crunchy. 6) Seasoning with Soy sauce, Sugar, Oyster sauce . The amount of seasoning depends on you. 7) Serve with rice.
This dish you can use pork , chicken or beef instead of shrimp
