Halibut with ginger sauce

Its a halibut season in Alaska and this dish we have an idea from Mai Thai resturant in Valdez. Its healthy and very low cholesterol.



INGREDIENT

1/ Halibut
2/ Sliced ginger
3/ Chopped garlic
4/ Soy bean paste
5/ Chopped chili pepper
6/ Sliced Bell pepper
7/ Soy sauce
8/ Chicken powder
9/ Sugar
10/ Water
11/ Olive oil

INSTRUCTION

1/ Halibut flesh , cut in big piece. Stream it around 10 minutes.

SAUCE

1/ Heat olive oil in a pan and put chopped garlic and fry until it turns to be brown color
2/ Put sliced bell pepper and chopped chilli pepper and wait until it cooked.
3/ Add soy bean paste, soy sauce, chicken powder and sugar then add water
4/ Put sliced ginger and stream halinut real quick in the pan and its ready to serve.

** This is just roughly recipe. Amount of seasoning depends on what taste u want **
