1/ Halibut flesh , cut in big piece. Stream it around 10 minutes.
SAUCE
1/ Heat olive oil in a pan and put chopped garlic and fry until it turns to be brown color 2/ Put sliced bell pepper and chopped chilli pepper and wait until it cooked. 3/ Add soy bean paste, soy sauce, chicken powder and sugar then add water 4/ Put sliced ginger and stream halinut real quick in the pan and its ready to serve.
