เนื่องจากได้รับความนิยมมานานนับร้อยปี ผ่านมาแล้วทั้งจุดสูงสุดและต่ำสุดของความนิยม เจ้าหมาไส้กรอกก็เลยมีเรื่องน่าสนใจอยู่มาก บางเรื่องก็ขำ บางเรื่องก็เศร้า
