Lunch break Write a 3-line summary Or come up with 3 new ideas. Output + Creativity
Before going to bed Let AI Summarize Today + We summarize by ourselves 1 paragraph. Reflection + Memory
          
Do at least consecutively. 7 days, and then you will feel like, hey, it's good, why don't you do it forever? If you can think like this, It means that you are smarter, but if you think that you don't see what will happen. Keep doing it. Until I feel Well, my brain is really better, I can think like this, do it as a routine, and then you will find the magic of the brain.
