กฏวีซ่านักเรียนอังกฤษกำลังจะเปลี่ยน มาอัพเดทกันค่ะ
วันนี้ออกข่าวแต่เช้า Home secretary ออกมาบอกว่าจะเปลี่ยนกฏวีซ่าใหม่ ไม่ต้องผ่านlegislation ดังนั้นใช้ได้เลยเร็วๆนี้ น่ากลัวนะคะ
ตามด้านล่างนี่เลยค่ะ
Under the measures:
• Successful applicants from outside the EU will have to speak English to a level only just below GCSE standard, rather than beginner level as at present.
ต้องได้ภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ใน ขั้น Intermediate ตามที่เค้าให้สัมภาษณ์ นั่นคือ ไอไอเอล ประมาณ 4 ขึ้นไป
• Students taking courses below degree level will be allowed to work for only 10 hours a week, instead of 20 as at present.
ทำงานได้น้อยลง เป็นแค่ 10 ชม
• Those on courses which last under six months will not be allowed to bring dependants into the country, while the dependants of students on courses below degree level will not be allowed to work.
เอาครอบครัวตามมาไม่ได้แย้ว ถ้าเรียนต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน
• Additionally, visas for courses below degree level will also be granted only if the institutions they attend are on a new register, the Highly Trusted Sponsors List.
น้องๆที่จะสมัครมาเรียนภาษาหรือว่าคอร์สที่ต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญา น้องๆต้องสมัครโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในลิสอันใหม่ที่เรียกว่า Highly trusted sponsor list อันนี้พี่ยังไม่เห็น พี่จะมาแจ้งอีกทีค่ะ ถ้าน้องๆสนใจ feed blog ของพี่เอาไว้ก็ได้ค่ะ พี่ไม่ค่อยล็อคอินในบลอกแกงค์
