ผิวสวยด้วย Enzyme Peel
วันนี้จะมานําเสนอวิธีการลอกผิวหน้าด้วย enzyme peelที่สามารถทําเองที่บ้านอย่างง่ายๆ ด้วยความที่อยากจะเล่าสู่กันฟัง
อันที่จริงเราก็ขัดหน้าโดยการใช้scrubเป็นประจําอาทิตย์ละครั้งสองครั้งอยู่แล้ว ตามแต่สภาพการใช้งานและดินฟ้าอากาศ เพื่อทําความสะอาดผิวหน้าและขจัดเซลล์ผิวที่ตายแล้วให้หลุดไป เปิดโอกาสให้เซลล์ใหม่เริ่มผลัดขึ้นมาแทน แต่ด้วยวัยเข้าเลขสามจะใช้แต่scrubอย่างเดียวก็คงจะไม่ทันการ เพราะยิ่งแก่ตัวขบวนการผลัดเปลี่ยนเซลล์ก็เริ่มช้าลง เลยต้องใช้enzyme peelเข้าช่วย
ขั้นตอนก็ไม่มีอะไรมาก เริ่มจากล้างหน้าให้สะอาดแล้วก็ตามด้วยการsteam หน้าเพื่อเปิดรูขุมขน ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องsteamerก็ใช้หม้อหุงข้าวก็ได้ใส่นํ้ากดสวิทช์ตั้งให้เดือด แล้วก็เอาหน้าไปอั้งไว้สัก5นาที จะให้หรูหน่อยก็เหยาะessential oilกลิ่นที่ชอบสัก2หยดก็ได้ เสร็จแล้วก็ทาenzyme peelให้ทั่วใบหน้าระวังอย่าให้เข้าตา ใช้สองมือนี่แหละ และไหนๆมือก็เปื้อนenzymeแล้วก็อย่าเพิ่งล้างทิ้ง ละเลงให้ทั่วมือแล้วก็ทิ้งไว้10นาทีแล้วก็ล้างออกพร้อมกับหน้าเป็นการยิงกระสุนนัดเดียวได้นกสองตัว ตามด้วยtoner,serum และmoisturizer และ อย่าลืมsunblockถ้าจะออกไปข้างนอกตอนกลางวัน
แค่นี้ก็จบแล้ว แค่อาทิตย์ละครั้งก็จะได้ผิวสวยและสุขภาพดี

Hello from Santa Monica, CA.
Hi everyone, needless to say how glad I am to be a part of bloggang community. I miss Thailand so much and to be here made me feel like home. I have been living in California for 13 years after I graduated from Thailand. The weather here is very nice but I still miss thailand a bunch; people & food, similan island and Pai :)
