การแก้ปัญหาเปิด web ไม่ได้

1.) ทดสอบ ping หรือ nslookup

2.) ตรวจสอบปัญหาที่คาดว่าน่าจะเกิดจาก caching-กรณีที่ลูกค้ามีการ set proxy server ไว้ที่ browser ให้ลองทำการ remove proxy ที่ set ไว้ออกก่อนถ้าสามารถใช้งานได้ให้ทำการแจ้ง Network system เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบ
-กรณีที่ไม่มีการ set proxy แต่เป็น service ที่ผ่าน transparent proxy ให้สังเกตจาก error message ที่เกิดขึ้น
Message Error สำหรับ Bluecoat
-Access Denied (policy_denied) ่ website ดังกล่าวถูก block ไว้
-Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname) ่ dns server ที่ caching ใช้ไม่สามารถ resolve address ของ web site ดังกล่าวได้
-Network Error (dns_server_failure) ่ dns server ที่ caching set ไว้ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
-Network Error (gateway_error) ่ ไม่สามารถติดต่อ website ปลายทางได้ซึ่งอาจเกิดจาก website ปลายทาง down หรือ caching ถูก block โดย website ปลายทางต้องลองทำการ bypass ทดสอบดู

*** ถ้าลูกค้ามีปัญหาเปิด web inter ไม่ได้โดยส่วนใหญ่และเป็น service ที่ผ่าน caching ให้ลองทำการ off caching เพื่อทำการทดสอบดูสามารถทำได้ 2 วิธี
1. ทำที่ caching โดย telnet ไปที่ caching แล้วใช้ command

#wccp disable (ถ้าต้องการ enable ให้ใช้ command wccp enable)
2. ทำที่ router gateway ที่ on wccp โดย telnet ไปที่ gateway router แล้วทำการ disable wccp ที่ interface ขาที่ on wccp
