My weekend is wrapping up quite pretty soon. I am contemplating what I should update my blog today because I am trying to write one journal a week. Unexpectedly, I got an idea of the topic that I was going to update my blog while I was waiting for my lunch.

I don't know if you know this kind of food, "Tacos". I would say it is Mexican food, and I quite have Tacos for my breakfast every morning.
Firstly, I don't know Mexican food very well, but I would bring up the one which I like the most, and it causes my mouth to dribble every time I visit Mexican restaurants. There is the best local restaurant selling tacos, where is near my workplace. I go there every morning to get breakfast. I have been trying to cook and also making my own salsa. It is pretty easy and tasty.
I need to thank my lunch today, which is inspiring me to write this topic, which is my favorite. I like simple food.
Since I don't have much time to have lunch in the restaurant because of limited times, so I want to grab a bite something fast, such as Tacos for lunch. There is a lot of variety of tacos, but I like tacos Bistec the most. Plus, there are two kinds of tortillas; maize is corn, and harina is flour. Besides, you can add grilled onions, together with cilantro. The last thing which I cannot miss out is salsa. There are also many kinds of salsa, as well. Green salsa is the best for me, but today I got the red one. It is much more spicy than the green, but also settle for me as well.

I wish you guys had a great weekend like I do, and also be ready for tomorrow Monday. I have just finished packing my lunchbox. I have just found the web-page of meal prep, and I think it is quite interesting to give a try to meal prep.

My meal prep is a piece of grilled Salmon, boiled broccoli, and macaroni with white sauce. Wow!! it sounds toothsome for me, I can't wait to try them tomorrow, but I need to be patient.
Well, I am writing a bit too long today because I do have a good mood to write some things today. I believe because of the topic which I picked out.
