.. The worst floods in a half-century have submerged entire towns across Thailand’s central plains, devastating rice crops and halting hundreds of factories. Some 8.2 million people in 61 of Thailand’s 77 provinces have been affected by the flooding, which has killed 283 people since July.

4 October 9, 2011, Around 200 factories closed in the central Thai province of Ayutthaya because of flooding, which is posing a threat to Bangkok as well. Over 260 people have died in flood-related incidents since late July according to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation. หากมีอะไร ควรจะพูดคุยกันดีๆ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกัน หากจะขอความช่วยเหลือใดๆ


ก็ควรจะขอแบบไม่บังคับ และไม่ควรจะขอแบบหยุมหยิมทุกเรื่อง บางเรื่องควรจะต้องช่วยเหลือตัวเองบ้าง

.. Heavy monsoon rains have been drenching Southeast Asia since mid-July, causing mudslides and widespread flooding along the Mekong River. Parts of Thailand are now experiencing the worst floods in half a century, as water inundates villages, historic temples, farms, and factories. At least 281 people have been killed in Thailand, and another 200 in neighboring Cambodia. Rescue workers are scrambling to prevent a humanitarian disaster, and Thailand's prime minister is warning businesses not to use the flooding as an excuse to raise prices. About 8.2 million people in 60 of Thailand's 77 provinces have been affected by the flooding, and economic losses are so far estimated to top $2 billion. Collected here are recent images of the crisis in Thailand as some 10 million residents in Bangkok keep a wary eye on the approaching surge of floodwater, due to reach the capital in a few days.

1. ชูชีพ


ถ้าคิดจะลุยน้ำ หามาใส่ซะ อย่าคิดว่าไม่สำคัญ อย่าคิดว่าคุณชำนาญพื้นที่
น้ำท่วมแค่หน้าแข้ง คุณก็ไม่เห็นอะไรใต้น้ำแล้ว
อาจจะมีฝาท่อบางฝาชำรุด แล้วแรงดูดของน้ำนี่ไม่ใช่เล่นนะครับ

เวลาเดินก็ค่อยๆ หยั่งขาดูด้านหน้าก่อน อย่าเพิ่งทิ้งน้ำหนักตัวลงไป

อย่าลืมว่า ทั้งชีวิต คุณดูแลตัวเอง....นะครับ
ชีวิตคนข้างหลังอีก
ไม่ห่วงตัวเองก็ให้ห่วงคนข้างหลังนะครับ



2. อย่าเดินไปในที่ที่คุณไม่เห็นใครอยู่


ถ้าคุณไม่เห็นคนอยู่ อย่าทะเล่อทะล่าเข้าไปเด็ดขาด
ตรงนั้นอาจมีท่อน้ำขนาดไม่ใหญ่..แต่คนร่วงลงไปได้

อาจมีบางหลุม ที่ชาวบ้านเอากิ่งไม้ใหญ่ๆ ไปเสียบไว้เป็นสัญญลักษณ์ด้วย

สังเกตดู ต้นไม้ที่มันขึ้นไม่เป็นธรรมชาติ กลางถนน กลางทางเท้า
ใบเหี่ยว ๆ โกร๋น ๆ นั่นแหละ เลี่ยงได้ก็เลี่ยงครับ

หรืออาจมีบางจุด ที่ไฟรั่ว อันนี้ไม่มีใครบอกคุณได้เลยว่า ตรงไหนไฟรั่ว หรือไม่รั่ว
ต้องมีใครไปโดนดูด...แล้วตายก่อน

ไม่แน่นะ ทางที่คุณกำลังจะไป เมื่อ 2 ชั่วโมงที่แล้ว อาจมีคนโดนดูดแล้ว คุณไม่รู้ก็เป็นได้

และหากไม่มีหรือไม่พบใครสัญจรผ่านแถวนั้น
ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนเลยว่า อาจมีสัตว์ร้าย อาจมีกิ่งไม้ หนาม เหล็กแหลม หรือไฟรั่ว

คอยเงี่ยหูฟังดีๆ ด้วยครับ
อาจมีใครตะโกนจากแดนไกล... เตือนไม่ให้เข้า ไม่ให้ไป
หากมีใครห้ามหรือเตือนมาแล้วล่ะก็.....อย่ารั้น ! ! !



3. อย่าไปเกะกะเจ้าหน้าที่


มีคนอยากเป็นเก็บภาพประวัติศาสตร์ เยอะแยะ
รถติดๆ ที่เราเห็นในทีวีน่ะ ส่วนหนึ่งก็พวกอยากเก็บภาพประวัติศาสตร์นี่แหละ

บางพื้นที่น้ำไม่ท่วม พวกก็ขนคนมากันเต็มรถปิกอัพ
ไม่ได้มาช่วยนะ แต่มาดู...

มีบางคัน "มึน..."
เจ้าหน้าที่ถามว่าจะเข้าไปทำไม พวกบอก จะเข้าไปดูน้ำในตลาด

เจ้าหน้าที่บอก อย่าเข้าไปเลย เขายิ่งจะขนคนออกมาอยู่

พวกบนกระบะ ช่วยกันบอก..โอ้ยยยย แป๊บเดียวววว...
เก็กซิมครับ....เจ้าหน้าที่ส่ายหัวได้อย่างเดียว



4. สิทธิ์ของผู้ประสบภัย ถ้าคุณไม่ใช่ ก็อย่าไปใช้....


รถ GMC ของทหาร รถบรรทุกสูง ๆ หรือเรือยนต์ เรือท้องแบน ฯลฯ
ของหน่อยงานที่เข้าช่วยเหลือ
เขาเอามาช่วยผู้ประสบภัยครับ

ขนของ ขนข้าวปลาอาหาร น้ำดื่ม และผู้คนครับ
ไม่ต้องไปเบียนเบียดเขานะครับ

อย่าอยากได้ภาพ จนหน้ามืด ไปแย่งพื้นที่อันน้อยนิดของผู้ประสบภัย

ถ้าคุณนั่งเรือเข้าไปเพื่อถ่ายภาพ
พื้นที่นั้นอาจจะบรรทุกข้าวกล่องได้ 30-40 กล่อง
หมายถึงคนที่ติดอยู่ในบ้านที่น้ำท่วม อิ่มได้ 30-40 คนครับ

(อันนี้ ขอเว้นเรื่องอาหารนิดนึงครับ
ผมต้องไปเข้าคิวขอรับอาหารที่ซุ้มแจกมากินครับ
ตังค์น่ะมีครับ แต่ไม่มีใครขายนี่สิ...)



5. คนเดียวหัวหาย 2 คนเพื่อนตาย 3 คนกลับบ้านได้


ตามนั้นเลยครับ นั่งคีย์อยู่นี่ ผมยังสยองวันนั้นไม่หาย
น้ำท่วมระดับเกือบหน้าอก ขาเข้าไปนี่ สบายเลย เพราะไหลตามน้ำ
พอจะกลับ..โอวววว์ ต้องต้านน้ำออกไป น้ำเชี่ยวๆ ด้วย

แล้วผม...ไปคนเดียว ถ้าเป็นตะคริวล่ะก็...เสร็จเลย
ฉะนั้น...มีเพื่อนไปด้วยดีกว่าครับ คอนเฟิร์ม ! ! !



6. ช่วยเหลือเขาบ้างหากพอทำได้


ไหน ๆ ก็ลุยเข้าไปแล้ว ก็ทำอะไรที่เป็นประโยชน์สักหน่อย
ดีกว่าเข้าไปตัวเปล่า เก็บๆ ๆ ภาพ แล้วออกกลับมาตัวเปล่า

ไอเดียจากน้อง 2 ท่านในกระทู้ที่ 3 ของผม
คือหาซื้อยาแก้น้ำกัดเท้า หลอดเล็กๆ สักโหล 2 โหล ติดกระเป๋ากล้องไปด้วย
ราคามันไม่แพงหรอกครับ ไม่น่าเกิน 300

มันไม่หนักมากหรอกครับ เผลอ ๆ อาจเบากว่าเลนส์ Kit (3ตัว ^^) ด้วยมั้ง

ผ่านบ้านใครก็แจก ไถ่ถามสารทุกข์สุกดิบเขาบ้าง แล้วก็ขอเขาถ่ายรูปด้วย

แจกหมด...ได้รูป...ได้บุญ...และตัวคุณก็จะเบาจนแทบจะลอยกลับบ้านได้เลยล่ะ....



7 (พิเศษ). หากคุณไปถึงแล้ว ฝากความห่วงใยไปยังผู้ประสบภัยด้วยครับ


ฝากบอกเขาว่า ไม่ต้องเป็นห่วงนะครับ
พวกเราอยู่ทางนี้กำลังช่วยกันหลายๆ ด้าน หลายๆ ส่วน

เพื่อให้คนไทยทุกคนรอดพ้นจากความทุกข์และภัยพิบัติที่กำลังถั่งโถมเข้ามาครับ

อยากโหวตให้อีกร้อยรอบ ... โดนใจมากๆๆๆๆ ครับ

มีรุ่นพี่ทำงานที่อยุธยา เหนื่อยแทบรากเลือด เพราะการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบหายนะภัย
ต้องมาคอยดูแล ป้องกัน ห้ามปราม ฯลฯ พวกที่อยากเข้าไปดู น้ำท่วม อีก! mad


ตอนนี้ คนที่ทำงานผม หายไปเกือบโหล บอกว่า ขออยู่ช่วยคนที่นั่น ..
และโทรมาบอกผมว่า ไม่ต้องไปเยี่ยมหรือไปให้กำลังใจ

โดยให้เหตุผลแบบเดียวกันเปี้ยบ


"ถ้าคุณนั่งเรือเข้าไปเพื่อถ่ายภาพ
พื้นที่นั้นอาจจะบรรทุกข้าวกล่องได้ 30-40 กล่อง
หมายถึงคนที่ติดอยู่ในบ้านที่น้ำท่วม อิ่มได้ 30-40 คนครับ"


คนหนึ่งคน หนัก 60 กิโลกรัม
ข้าวสำเร็จรูป 3 ถุง + น้ำ 1 ขวดลิตร หนัก 1.5 กิโลกรัม
คนหนึ่งคน ทดแทนอาหารไปถึง 40 ชุด


การเข้าๆออกๆ ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย
เดินทางขนอาหารครั้งหนึ่ง ใช้เวลาเป็นชั่วโมงๆ


เอาอาหารเข้าไป 40 ชุด
เอาคนที่ต้องการออก ออกมาได้ 1 คน


แต่ถ้าเข้าไปเพื่อถ่ายรูป
อาหารจะหายไป 30-40 ชุด
และคนที่ต้องการจะออกมา จะออกมาไม่ได้ 1 คน ..

เห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งกับกระทู้นี้
เราได้ภาพ มีความสุข กลับมานั่งดูภาพ ส่งไปอวดเพื่อน มีเรื่องเล่าไปหลายปี

แต่กว่าจะได้ภาพมา เราต้องเข้าไปเบียดบังคนอื่น เกะกะคนอื่น
ไปแทรกพื้นที่บางส่วน ที่ควรจะเอาไปเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ให้คนที่เดือดร้อนกว่า

ความภูมิใจในภาพเหล่านั้นมันจะมีหรือครับ


เราแทรกนั่งเรือเข้าไปและออกมา

มีคนอดอาหารเพราะไม่มีที่เหลือพอสำหรับขนอาหาร (เรานั่งไปไง)

มีคนเจ็บป่วยและตายลง เพราะไม่มีที่เหลือให้พาออกมา (เรานั่งเบียดอยู่ไง)

การช่วยเหลือเข้าไปไม่ทันล่าช้า เพราะติดรถยนต์ที่จอดเสียขวางทางอยู่ (เราเอารถไปแล้วมันเสียไง)


ไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้อง ไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องทำ

แต่กลับไปกอบโกยความพึงพอใจส่วนตัว

ขอเถอะอย่าเลยครับ สงสารผู้ประสบภัยเค้าน่ะครับ

เอาเงินค่าเดินทางเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินที่จะบริจาคเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยดีกว่าครับ


ถ้าคิดว่าจะไป แต่จะไปช่วย
ไปเป็นแรงงานช่วยขนของ ช่วยบรรจุของลงถุง ช่วยแบกกระสอบทราย


ไปเลยครับ ขอให้ทำอย่างเต็มที่ ขอให้ปลอดภัยด้วยครับ

ทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นแล้วก็ดับ แล้วก็เกิดขึ้นใหม่ ไม่มีอะไรที่จะยืนยงตลอดกาล ธรรมชาติเป็นของมันอย่างนี้ .. ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง
