Considering about evaluating teachers by their students, many people think that it is not suitable for students to give comments to their teachers. However, several individuals believe that students should give their comment and recommendation to their teachers for improvement. Both sides have intriguing line of reasoning. Anyway, I agree with the latter idea that students who learn and interface with their teachers must be the best persons to give ideas about how their teachers performances are. Thus, those teachers can learn from good points and bad points from the direct persons for their development in the career.

This is because customers are people who use company services and interact with company staffs. If those staffs react with bad service, their bosses might do not know because they are not with their bosses always. But the customers are. Same as the education institution, the principal may does not know how the classes go everyday. But students know how the classes are going everyday because they are there. For example, when I studied at school, my friend and I do not understand the lesson, thus we decide to tell the fact to the principal. There are the fact that the principal always thought that the teacher is very good teacher.
If we do not allow student to give evaluate what they feel about their teachers, the next generations will have to face the same troubles without improvement. Many people may think that it is not suitable to evaluate teacher by students. But if they are not allowed to do, those problems will be as cycle. Of course, we do not want trouble to occur repeatedly. The best way to reduce problems of the coming year, students should be allow doing so.
Many people may concern that evaluation to elder persons especially their teachers are not nice to their teachers. But in this modern day, there are many methods that we can avoid face-to-face communication. Why dont we use those techniques to ask students to evaluate their teacher, this way there will be more effective way. Students can comment what they think and teacher will not know who write the comment. For instance, we can ask students to give comment and evaluate their teachers on internet and keep their name confidential.
In conclusion, I do agree with the idea that students should evaluate their teacher for the teachers improvement and thus new generation can learn more efficiency. I predict that in the future all school will use technology and ask their student to evaluate their lecturer online. Who can be the best person than student in giving evaluation to their teachers?

Hi, I am very pleased to have my own blog. This blog was inspired from a friend from Pantip -Klaiban.... Actually I do write diary in my book..not everyday but quite often.. and in Thai.
I started to know Klaiban (Pantip) when I intended to have a Toefl test and found out adviser there. Many friends gave recommend on my essays and encouraged me in writing. I wish I can do it better.
