Thai wedding style

I just came back from my friend wedding. She is Thai girl who just married with Japanese guy. The engagement and wedding ceremony was arrange at Rose garden Suan Sampran. They arranged ceremony in Thai culture and tradition. The groom ride on the elephant with ขบวนขันหมาก to the Thai Style tradition house. My friend and I do the golden door and get some money as gate fee. Many activities that they done are in Thai that I have no idea about it before.. such as รดน้ำสังข์ - i used to see it in television, thus, this is the first time I get very close to Thai ceremony like this.

I tried to help taking care of the groom's relatives from Japan. But I cannot speak Japanese. Thus, it is very difficult to communication. A lot of time we do โค้งให้กันและกัน which is normally happen.

Joining such a ceremony and being in an important event of the friends are really good time.
