We cannot control everything but we should know how to handle with situation..
Today I have set an exclusive interview for executive in the morning to talk with journalist. But this morning , i got a call from journalist that he could not make it today and would like to postpone it.
See! In last minute there has something change while I have already secured the time with executive already....
Handle with this situation is not that hard if executive is flexible person. And lucky me for today that he understanded...
But it could not happen often. So I have to make sure that I can make journalist feel the importance of the appointment in next time.
PR is the person between client and media... We should ensure that both sides are satified ka. That's why I have to learn how to handle the situation ka.
In my opinion, it might be somewhat difficult to convince the journalist how the importance is for the executive (from your point).
The problem is that the jornalist may find it difficult for him/her to arrange the diary since the situation could change without his/her control as well.
My comment is that 'trust' and 'seniority' would help later when these both are built up.

Hi, I am very pleased to have my own blog. This blog was inspired from a friend from Pantip -Klaiban.... Actually I do write diary in my book..not everyday but quite often.. and in Thai.
I started to know Klaiban (Pantip) when I intended to have a Toefl test and found out adviser there. Many friends gave recommend on my essays and encouraged me in writing. I wish I can do it better.
