Wake up Habit
Today I went to work so late. I overslept. As a person who loves sleeping,I often overslept. It is a bad habit that hard to give up. Hur! Anyway, lucky me that my office is quite near my house. It is only 5 bus stops far.
I can sleep very easy. When I go to other place, I find no hard to sleep. Even on the car or bus, I can sleep quite easily. This is a habit that my aunt want it because she find very difficult to sleep.
Many times, I try to wake up early and go to yoga class in the morning and finally I give up. So, I have never go to Yoga class in the morning.
Several times, I try to go to office in the early morning and read newspapers. I rarely do it.
It is often that I will wake up to read some books, I seldom do it.
However, when I really want to wake up early,I can wake up almost every times. It is all about intention.So, I just wish that I will have full 'intention' and 'inspiration' And my habit can be changed from wake up late to be wake up early.
I have to go to bed very soon otherwise tomorrow morning.....
