Banana cake for 20 cm round mold

Ingredients

1. Mashed Banana 1 cup

2. Hot cake mix powder 200 g.

3. Sugar 3/4 cup

4. Egg 2

5. Oil 1/2 cup

6. Vanila essence 3-4 drops

1. Stir eggs well (use a whisk).

2. Add sugar and mix well.

3. Pour oil and add vanila.

4. Add banana and sitr.

5. Add flour little by little for example seperate into three parts. Stir it well.

6. Pour into mold and bake 170 C 40 minutes.
