umm, i'm not sure what you mean but the coffee i usually drink is "french blend", middle roasted, i think. And i just put them on a filter and pour hot water through.
It's convenient for one cup of coffee with few min to prepare.
Not sure now. It's a French Press if you have to press a disc plunger down on the coffee ground for it to release the coffee oil from the beans after ithey sit and brew in the hot water. But your way is just like using a coffee machine for one person without electricity. It works!
yep, it works. they also provide a plastic cup for putting a filter paper on, with small pores beneath the cup. I just put that cup together with the filter paper, over my coffee cup, and then do the rest. Handy, eh?
In my hometown, there is still an old style coffee shop where they still use ถุงผ้าขาวบาง to make the coffee. I like it that way too.
That brings back memory. Father used to sit at our neighbourhood coffeeshop and the owner brewed the coffee for him that way. I used to have Thai iced tea brewed that way too. Couldn't find the old way around here. Too bad.
