Roasted Vegetables with Sausages

It's easy and suits my family taste...

Bake oiled aubergines ,courgettes and garlic cloves to begin with..

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Then add the sausages and put back in the oevn..

Once the vegetables and sausages are tender and cooked ,then stir in the tomatoes , the cannellini beans and seasoning...then bake for a few minutes more..

Sprinkle with the basil and lots of grated Parmesan before serving !

ว้าว น่าทานมากกกกกกกกกกกก ชอบทั้งผักและใส้กรอกเลยครับ น้ำลายสอเลย ทำไม่ยากนะครับ ขอให้มีอุปกรณ์ที่เอาไว้ปิ้งหรือย่างเท่านั้น อยากลองทำทานเองบ้างนะครับ แต่เมนูนี้ทานคนเดียวคงไม่อร่อย ต้องทานกับเพื่อนๆ สนุกแน่ๆเลยครับ
