“Share Game” or ‘Share Loan”

The “Share Game” or ‘Share Loan” device is a system where all participants agree to place some amount of money into a single pool or pot, from which any of the other participants are allowed to borrow from, with an interest each individual offers to the pool; the borrower is expected to pay the loan back via regular small payments. The share loan device is based entirely on the honor system, no formal documents are written to legally define how the process will work and participants are almost always limited to the employees at the restaurant who voluntarily enter into this arrangement. The pot of money is typical administered by the person whom is most trusted by all the participants. The share game or share loan is not a game of chance.
