1 cup low fat raspberry yogurt โยเกิร์ตถ้วย 1 ราสเบอร์รี่ไขมันต่ำ

1/2 whole milk นมพร่องมันเนย

1 cup raspberries ราสเบอร์รี่

3/4 cup strawberries สตอร์เบอร์รี่

2 cups of ice น้ำแข็ง

วิธีทำ

นำส่วนผสมทั้งหมดปั่นรวมกันจนสมูท เป็นอันเสร็นพร้อมดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพ
