i forget to write about this story again,so here it is.After Kalin
moved to Bulgaria,we designed to renovate the room which full with
the smoke from cigarette on the ceiling.we bought some cleaning
liquid from home depot.i'm not sure and afraid about dropping liquid
on the carpet,not to make more mess for us.
We have a lot of things to do as below 1.closing the back door by putting a new dry wall 2.putting the back splash in the kitchen 3.putting some new cabinet in the kitchen 4.putting floor tiles in the bath room 5.install new heather-air conditioning in living room 6.install new hood in the kitchen 7.install new granite counter top 8.painting all the rooms such as the bath room,kitchen and living room,2 bed room
it took about 1 month to finish all the job and 4 months to find a tenant but this time we paid $800 for realtors ..
