ฉันสอบ TOEFL แบบ  computer-basedtest   ก่อนเข้าห้องสอบใจฉันงี้เหมือนผีเสื้อที่
กำลังดอมดมดอกไม้ตอนรุ่งสางอยู่  เพราะไปบนมาหลายที่  แต่พอสอบไป สอบไป ใจเริ่ม
เหี่ยวแห้งก็ก่อนสอบฉันอ่านหนังสือและหัดทำแบบฝึกหัดแบบกระดาษ  แต่เวลาสอบต้องใช้
คอมพิวเตอร์สอบ...อ่านข้อสอบ..เลื่อนขึ้น..เลื่อนลงจนตาลายไปหมด  ช่วงหลังจะไม่มีการ
ทบทวน  เพราะลูกกะตาออกคำสั่งสมองว่า ถ้าแกทวน ฉันจะไม่อ่านอีก.....เนี่ยน้าไอ้เรือง
 อยากจะไปเรียนเทคโนโลยี...แต่พอใช้เทคโนโลยีนิดๆหน่อยๆ...ก็จะเป็นจะตายขึ้นมาทันที 
 จากการสอบครั้งนั้นทำให้ได้บทเรียนว่า
- ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน
- อย่าทำในสิ่งที่ไม่ถนัด     หรือไม่ชำนาญในบางสิ่งที่สำคัญมากๆหากไม่ได้มีการ
ฝึกฝนมาก่อน ฮือๆๆๆๆๆ ค่าสมัครสอบ 110 ดอลลาร์ แถมใช้บัตรเครดิตด้วยต้องโดยชาร์
ตอีก 3 % ด้วย, ค่ารถทัวร์ ,ค่ารถเมล์, ค่ารถสองแถว , ค่ามอเตอร์ไซค์(เนื่องจากหลงทาง) 
,ค่ารถไฟฟ้า ,ค่ากิน   แถมเบี้ยขยันถูกหักด้วย เนื่องลางานมา 2 วัน  ฮือๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ
- ควรมาสำรวจเส้นทางก่อนสัก2-3 หนก่อนสอบ เพื่อความชัวร์ หรือควรหาเพื่อนมา
สอบด้วย  เพื่อเวลาที่เราหลงทางใจจะไม่สั่นเหตุการณ์นี้ทำให้สมาธิเสียไป 10 %
เฮ้อ....กลับบ้านไปร้องไห้ดีกว่า........เรื่องมันเศร้าจริงๆๆ..............เมล์ไปบอกที่ปรึกษาสภา
คนยาก.....เขาบอกมาว่า.....มันเป็นเรื่องธรรมดาของคนที่สอบครั้งแรก....ไม่เป็นไร.....ความ
พยายามอยู่ที่ไหน..ความสำเร็จอยู่ที่นั่นเพราะฉะนั้นต้องพยายามอีกครั้ง...

 ยังเหลืออะไรที่ยังไม่เสร็จอีกบ้างนะ.....ฮือ...ฮือ.. เศร้าจังความเศร้ามันยังไม่เจือจางเลย

“ ไอ้เรือง...นี่ไม่ใช่เวลาที่แกจะมานั่งเศร้าอยู่นะโว้ย” จิตใต้สำนึกด่าสมอง
“ ก็มันคิดไม่ออกนี่หว่าทำไงดีหว่า....” สมองครุ่นคิด  เหลืออีก 11วันก่อนถึงวันเส้นตาย
 (15ตุลาคม 2002) เอ....เวลาเส้นตายแบบนี้เขาดูวันประทับตราเอกสาร ว่าส่งวันไหนหรือ
 วันสุดท้ายที่เอกสารถึงมือเขานะ เออ
...เฮ้ยไอ้เรือง.... นั่นไม่ใช่ประเด็นสำคัญนะ ประเด็นสำคัญคือแกต้องเขียน Biography กับ
Study plan นะโว้ย 
คิดไม่ออก...
ทำไงดี...
รู้แล้ว........ไปอ่านหนังสือนิตยสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมดีกว่า เผื่อจะได้ไอเดีย

 ฉันอ่านหนังสือนิตรสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรม ประมาณ 50เล่ม ( แต่เล่มหนึ่งไม่ได้หนา
มากนะ ประมาณแค่ 40 แผ่น 80 หน้า ) ฉันเลือกอ่านเฉพาะบทความที่เป็นแนวทางวิจัยและ
พัฒนา ปัญหาของอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทยและแนวทางแก้ไขที่เป็นไปได้ในอนาคต
และฉันมีโอกาสเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเข้าไปทำในส่วนนั้นได้ในอนาคต
แต่....ไอ้เรือง เชื่องช้าอืดอาด ยืดยาด อยู่นั่นแหละ รีบสรุปออกมาได้แล้ว

ในที่สุด  Study plan  ของฉันก็ได้เวลาออกมาโชว์โฉมกับชาวโลกแล้ว  จากหนังสือ

ประมาณ 50เล่ม 2,000 แผ่น  160,000 หน้า ด้วยความสามารถอันฉกาจฉกรรณ์ (ที่มีอยู่น้อยนิด)
ด้วยการเปิดอ่านอย่างรวดเร็วยิ่งกว่าความเร็วแสงบวกกับการนอนเกือบสว่างคาตามาหลาย
วัน ฉันสรุปออกมาได้ ประมาณ 2 แผ่นดังนี้

Study Plan

My name is Dawrong Praditphausa, the international student from Thailand ,who
wantto apply in Master of Science in E.T. Engineering of Germany University on
the second semester 2003.

I graduated from Thailand university with Bachelor degree in ET engineering .
After Graduation ,as the requirements of my major , I was assigned to work at
ABC company for put the training period such as 6 months. Later on ,Igot a
permanent job at DEF company ,www.def.com and I am currentlyworking until
present. My ambition is to enhance my profession in the field ofET engineering
by integrating my working experience and further study inadvanced level . I
have been spending my free time other than company workinghour to do self-
study on the facets of E.T.. However , the opportunity of advancedknowledge in
this field is very limited in Thailand. The best option for me isto seek further
education oversea. I, therefore , applied to your universityin Master of Science
in ET Engineeringof Technology.

Thereason and study plan ,I want to learn in your university. Because in the
present ,world competition has changed , and Thai Manufacturers have to
recognize the changing market. It is no longer about one manufacture
competingwith other in the world market. For exporting ,Thailand is too
expensive tocompete with the low cost countries like China ,Indonesia , Vietnam
,India etc.
And yet at the moment the Thai industry can’t compete in the sophisticated high-
endmarket with the high cost countries e.g. Germany ,Italy, Japan ,Taiwan or
Korea.

So, to compete now and even more so in the future , the Thai E.T. manufacturers
need to upgrade technology and start marking higher value products. Exporting
in the mid to low – end is no longer viable market for Thailand .

Todo this, Thai wet processing mills need to adopt in terms of auxiliary side ,
technology that offer higher quality products, and more innovation. In the
fashion areas , finishing ,bio-polishing and other environment friendly
technologies will certainly be required. They will more costly, but the overall
product cost may or may not be increased. The manufactures and however
askfor higher prices for the final product – thus higher profit margin. That isthe
only way to go in to the future. Competing in cost alone will not be sustainablein
the long run.
Ican summarized major problem in Thai E.T. Technology as below.

1.MostThai E.T. Technology export products are commodity types and therefore
subjectto high competition and lower prices.
2.Lack of product diversity and quality item due to shortage of technicalman-
power and modern technology.
3.Decliningcompetitiveness , especially compared to countries with low labor
cost .
Sincecurrent wage rates in the E.T. industry are relatively high , they contribute
to rising production costs.
4.Most factories have title or no R&D activities and lack testing facilitiesfor
basis quality control.
5.Highdependency on imported raw materials such as high-quality fabrics/
yarns.

After careful thought , in my private opinion .We can improve and develop the
Thai E.T. Technology and clothing industry are as follow.  

1. Improveinternational competitiveness
1.1 Increase productivity by applying modern technology & machinery ,upgrade
skills and introducing modern management technique.
1.2 Moving into higher value –added products
1.3 Upgrading the quality and standard of products.
1.4 Promoting foreign investment.
1.5 Encouraging Thai industries to invest abroad.

2.Conserve the environment and natural resources by introducing new
technology to save raw materials , water and energy.

For these problem and the developed method ,I seek the higher education
oversea toenhance my ability. The reason , I chosen Germany University
because in thepresent , the German E.T. industries have transferred many
manufacturinglocation to Thailand and have increased in number. There , the
manufacturing,quality and logistic are supervised by German specialists. They
alsocoordinate the joint venture with parent companies in Germany. Design
departments, product development and model collection departments from many
companies arestill situated in Germany .And most of E.T. engineers who work at internationaloperating branches are from the department of E.T. Technology at
GermanyUniversity.

My aim of this planned E.T. engineering studies with a Master of Science in E.T.
Technology is to receive basic ,technique , technology and special knowledge.
After obtaining my Master’s degree , I want to be a E.T. specialist .I think ,Iwould
like to work in the some area , perhaps specializing more narrowly andfocusing
on Germany a shorter span times .Afterward ,I will bring the E.T.engineering
knowledge to improve and develop my country. I want to be a guy whocan help
and develop my country.

But this is not definite at the moment. I hope my idea as outlined above will meet
with your approval , at least in their general configuration. However ,the planof
my study plan can be subject to change under your advice and guidance. I
would be very grateful for any advice ,you can give me.
