//www.jobopenings.ph Opening Date: Sep 3, 2010 Closing Date: Oct 3, 2010 About the Job Job Purpose: To undertake the customer support function for the organization for the Asis Pacific Region (APAC)
Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day customer service, order processing and service entries for customers in the APAC region Responsible for the close cooperation with local commercial support teams both in Germany and Singapore Process all order and source other information through system programme Ensure all orders received are being processed on the same day accurately Respond to all order inquiries in an intelligent and informed manner in accordance with the service level agreement Liase with other internal departments on product quotations and issues relating to logistics, warranty and finance related queries Provide product information to customer as and when required Pro-actively assist Sales and AR team in the collection of the account receivable as well as the preparation of LC documentation
Working Times:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
COMPETENCY PROFILE
Qualifications:
Diploma or Tertiary Education
Experience:
2 years international sales order processing experience Experience in servicing Global Markets in a call centre environment would have an added advantage Special Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Required: Must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English Able to converse in one or more Asian languages (Malay, Tamil, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese) would be highly desirable Able to converse in Mandarin is preferred Conversant in MS Office Applications Experience in the usage of sales force application would have an added advantage Have the flexibility and able to undertake shift work on short notices Meticulous, committed, dedicated and with high energy level Must be able to demonstrate a sound business acumen along with a positive and friendly attitude Please send your CV/resume at ayla@kittelsoncarpo.com
