Miss Supranational Pakistan 2012
In a private audition held at the office of Best Model Pakistan, 20 year old Bakhtawar Shah from the city of Peshawar, a professional model, stood out as the winner of the title of Miss Supranational Pakistan 2012, beating five other participating models. Her nomination was declared by a panel of judges comprising Anjum Chandna a filmmaker, Farhan J Ansari a fashion photographer, and Owais Mehboob a fashion designer.
Bakhtawar Shah is 5 feet 7 inches tall, a professional model and a student of journalism. Her aim is to be a journalist with responsibility and for her participating in the Grand Slam Miss Supranational 2012 is an opportunity to showcase the right Pakistan among the participating countries and the world in general.
Her portfolio includes being the runner up at the Veet Supermodel Pakistan contest, Karachi Fashion Week 2012, Pakistan Fashion Week 2012, Peshawar Fashion Week 2011 and Bridal Couture Week 2011.
It will be the first time Pakistan participates in Miss Supranational.
