Stages สร้างสรรค์กันหน่อยดีไหม?...ที่กล่าวเช่นนี้ไม่ได้หมายความว่าที่ทำกันมาแล้วนั้นไม่ดี แต่จากการสังเกตดูมาในระยะเวลาพอสมควรก็พอจะเห็นได้ว่า รูปแบบสเตจที่ยิงๆกันอยู่นั้น ออกจะคล้ายๆหรือแตกต่างกันเล็กๆน้อยๆเสียเป็นส่วนใหญ่ บางแมชยฺ์ถึงขนาดแค่ปรับฉากและเป้าเล็กๆน้อยๆแค่เพื่อให้ต่างออกไปจากแมชย์ที่เพิ่งจะผ่านมาก็มี
ก็เห็นใจคนจัดคนทำอยู่เหมือนกันเพราะเขาก็ต้องครีเอทและรับผิดชอบทำงอะไรต่างๆมากมาย
แต่ถ้าสเตจเป็นไปดังที่กล่าวมาการยิงก็ไม่สนุกไม่ท้าทาย เคยมีนักกีฬาเก๋าๆท่านหนึ่งบอกว่า จากการที่เขาแข่งมานานและมาก ทำให้เขารู้ว่าจะไปยิงที่ไหนควรจะซ้อมแบบใด? ชนิดที่ว่าทายใจคนจัดสเตจกันได้เลยก็มี(กรณีไม่โชว์ผังสเตจแบบทุกวันนี้)
ตามความเห็นของผมส่วนตัวคิดว่า คนจัดสเตจปกติก็จะเก่งและมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำสเตจอยู่แล้วด้วยกันทั้งนั้น เพียงแต่พยายามคิดและหารูปแบบที่แตกต่างจากเดิมๆออกไปบ้างก็จะดีไม่น้อย จะทำให้การยิงipscมีรสชาดมากยิ่งขึ้นและนักกีฬาก็จะได้ใช้ทักษะในทุกด้านบ่อยๆและมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะเกิดผลดีแก่ทุกฝ่าย คือ ฝ่ายจัดก็ได้ใช้ทักษะความรู้ความสามารถเต็มที่ทำให้การยิงสนุกเรียกแขกได้มาก ฝ่ายนักกีฬาก็ได้ยิงมันส์ๆสามารถพัฒนาฝีมือไว้สู้กับต่างชาติเขาได้้บ้าง
ไม่จำเป็นจะต้องไปคิดว่าสเตจดีๆไว้ยิงตอนเลเว่น 3 ขึ้นไป เพราะความจริงแมชย์เลเว่น 2 นั้นมีมากและบ่อยกว่า ดังนั้นจึงควรเป็นแมชย์ที่ใช้ฝึกปรือทักษะต่างๆทุกด้านให้นักกีฬาไปด้วย ถ้าขืนปล่อยให้ยิงแมชย์ง่ายๆกันมากๆ พอไปเจอแมชย์ยากๆก็จบเห่กันแน่นอน
ความจริงในโลกไซเบอร์ปัจจุบันมีแหล่งให้หาความรู้ในการจัดสเตจมากมาย ไปดูไปหาแล้วเอามาประยุกต์หรือมาต่อยอดให้ดีมากขึ้นก็ได้
วันนี้ลองมาดูแนวคิดในการจัดสเตจของipscประเทศหนึ่งที่นักกีฬาเขาเก่งติดระดับโลกเยอะมาก คนเอเ้ซียใกล้บ้านเรานี่เอง คือ PPSA ฟิลิปปินส์ นั่นเอง
ดังนี้..
1) Minimum of 12 stages preferably with a ratio of 5 short, 4 medium, and 3 long courses of fire.
2) Courses of fire should be safe, creative, challenging, & balanced and must include the following:
Dark house stage with or without the use of flashlights (note: to be fair for all shooters, positions of targets should be indentified during the walkthrough)
Jungle run / bush walk
Long range movement
Wide angles of fire
Several stages that offer an advantage if you shoot on the move
A Stage with short range full/open targets to develop fast double taps
long range targets of at least a total of 2 poppers at 40 meters, 2 targets at 40 meters, and 2 targets at 50 meters distributed in the 12 courses of fire
at least 1 round plate and 1 mini-popper at 25 meters
at least 1 swinger at 25 meters & 1 swinger at 30 meters
2 swingers with stationary no-shoot in the middle (same as inEcuador)
Clam shell bobber with no shoot in front at 20 meters
at least one tight target with a no-shoot
several full targets with no shoots
at least one running man target
at least 3 IPSC mini-targets
several half targets with no shoots and half targets without no shoots
1 low port position
A stage where the shooter will shoot targets while standing on a moving platform
varied handgun ready conditions(e.g. gun loaded, mag inserted chamber empty, gun unloaded/mag not inserted)
varied start positions (e.g. standing, sitting, lying down, hands hanging naturally, surrender position, on top of ladder etc.)
stronghand and weakhand stage (Note: tyros or beginners should not be allowed to join qualifier stages for safety reasons)
The following are optional. They are for the preparation for World Shoot XVII in Frostproof,Florida (Range ofFrank Garcia where they hold Florida Open):
a) Foot activated moving targets (swingers & clam shell target with pop-up no-shoot that will cover the target partially)
b) Sunken targets
c) Note: Texas Star is not allowed for IPSC competitions but should we include it in qualifier matches to prepare our shooters for USPSA matches?
3) There should be sufficient hotels and restaurants in the area for competitors and range officers.
4) Should use CED Millenium Chronograph with Infrared Skyscreen/Sensor kit
5) Transportation should be available from airport to hotel and hotel to the range preferably at discounted rates. Match organizers should arrange for discounted hotel rates.
6) Match information should be published in the PPSA website or Match website one month before the match.
7) The Range Master should preferably be an IROA Range Master or CRO rank or an experienced and distringuished NROI member with good track record, excellent organizational and leadership qualities, and knowledgeable with current IPSC rules to be appointed by the NROI Executive Director.
8) CROs should preferably be IROA members or NROI members with good track record, stage management capability, good leadership & people management skills, and knowledgeable with current IPSC rules to be appointed by the Range Master. ROs should be experienced NROI members with good track record, knowledgeable with current IPSC Rules, and with positive mental attitude also to be appointed by the Range Master.
9) Stats Officers should be experienced, efficient, and with good track record to be supervised by an IROA member with CRO rank or a distinguished NROI member as Stats Director to be appointed by the Range Master. Match Organizers should provide enough paper and ink cartridges to print the partial results daily and final match results. Scores should be posted for verification at least 1.5 hours before awarding ceremony.
10) All range equipment to be used especially poppers and mini-poppers should be safe, reliable, consistent, and must comply with IPSC rules.
11) Metal targets should be properly painted and maintained throughout the match
12) Range surface should be safe. In case of inclement weather, gravel or sand should be used to cover muddy or slippery surfaces. The Range should not be prone to flooding.
13) Preferably side berms of the range should be made of earth/soil or sand to make it possible to have wide angles of fire with targets at shoulder or eye level.
14) Patches or tape to be used should be of high quality that will stay glued to the target
15) Plastic target covers should be available in case it will rain
16) Stage props should be sturdy, safe, consistent, and comply with IPSC rules.
17) There should be sufficient range boys per stage to re-set targets & equipment and to pick-up brass/empty shells

ถ้ายังไม่คิดปรับปรุงพัฒนาการจัดสเตจกันบ้างแล้ว ลองคิดดูว่าถ้านักกีฬาของเราไปเจอสเตจในเงื่อนไขดังคำกล่าวเป็นภาษาอังกฤษข้างบนนี้เข้า (ในข้อ 2.) โดยเฉพาะเมื่อต้องออกไปแข่งขันในต่างประเทศประฝีมือกับนักกีฬามือระดับแข็งๆจากหลายๆประเทศ แล้วผลจะออกมาเป็นอย่างไร?
อย่าคิดแต่ว่า๖๋ฎฏซ๋ษฌ,ฌซ๋ฯ 3 ขอให้ได้ยิงกันง่ายๆสนุกๆกันภายในประเทศคนจะได้มายิงกันเยอะๆ แล้วตอนนักกีฬาไปแข่งต่างประเทศ ไม่ได้รางวัลหรือติดอันดับดีๆก็ช่างมัน ถือว่าเป็นการให้ไปหาประสบการณ์! พร้อมกับเขาก็จะได้ชื่อว่าเคยไปแข่งต่างประเทศมาแล้ว และอาจจะมีตำแหน่งตัวแทนประเทศได้เป็นเกียรติแล้วด้วย
ถ้า..ต้องลงทุนทั้งซ้อม แข่ง และค่าเดินทางไปแข่งต่างประเทศหมดเป็นแสนๆ แลกกับแค่ "เสื้อทีมและนน.บรรทุกบนเครื่องเพิ่มขึ้นอีกเล็กน้อย" นี่นะ....ถ้าเป็นแค่shooterคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งไม่มีหน้าที่อะไรต้องรับผิดชอบในองค์กร...ไปเที่ยวธรรมดาคุ้มค่ากว่าไหม?
แต่ถ้าใครมีเงินมากพอเหลือกินเหลือใช้ จะยอมจ่ายเพื่อเติมเต็มอะไรที่ขาดไปให้ตัวเองได้บ้าง ก็ up to you ไม่มีใครเขาว่าอะไร
