I would like to talk about Thai Desserts which I like the most. There are many kinds sold in the market. The dessert that I cant help eating whenever I see it is Sticky rice and mangoes. It is nothing fancy, only sweet sticky rice and ripe mangoes showered with fresh coconut milk and a bit salt. Well, truly yummy. Look at the picture then you see what I am saying.
Then I will talk about sticky rice but this one is black sticky rice with Thai custard on top. They get black sticky rice instead of the white one then slice Thai custard putting on top. Before doing that, they normally shower it with fresh coconut milk, just to make it taste a bit salty and rich decreasing the sweetness of Thai custard.
Once upon a time I had had the brilliant idea to make a change by moving out so my first step was to find something to do for a living there (somewhere in America). It was the start of my Thai cooking classes. If you do not cook, you may not know how fun it can be. For me, Thai dishes are something fastinating and I love them all. Before joining these classes, I only expected to learn all tactics and how to make my food outstanding. What I never saw it coming was the pride of Thai culture. I never regret not being a chef because all these days I do enjoy making and eating Thai meals.
