แก้อาการแสบกระเพาะ



ใครที่มีอาการแสบกระเพาะ แล้วไม่รู้จะแก้ยังไง วันนี้เดลินิวส์ออนไลน์มีวิธีแก้มาฝาก...

โรคกระเพาะอาหารนั้นมีอาการปวดท้องและแสบกระเพาะซึ่งจะทำให้ทรมาน

หัวใจสำคัญอยู่ที่การรับประทานอาหารน้อย ๆ เท่านั้นเอง และมีอีกประการหนึ่งที่ทำให้เกิดอาการแสบกระเพาะได้ด้วย คือ การสูบบุหรี่ ซึ่งควรเลิกทันทีตั้งแต่เริ่มเป็นโรคกระเพาะ
