เปลี่ยนวีซ่า
หลังจากทำงานหน้าดำคร่ำเครียดกะ การเป็น Camp counselor ก็ถึงคราวเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นนักเรียน การเปลี่ยนสถานะทำได้ที่อเมริกา นั้นหมายถึง ต้องอยู่ในอมเริกาเท่านั้น ถ้าออกนอกอเมริกาต้องขอวีซ่ากลับเข้าประเทศใหม่ ถ้าต้องการเปลี่ยน วีซ่านั้นต้องกลับเป็นเปลี่ยนเมืองไทยเท่านั้นค่ะ
เปลี่ยนจาก J-1 เป็น F-1 อย่างที่ทราบกันดีกว่า J-1 ก็คือ คนที่มาทำงาน summer หรือ เป็น พี่เลี้ยงเด็กนะค่ะ จะเปลี่ยนได้นั้น ใน หน้าวีซ่าต้อง stamp not subject to อันนี้เปลี่ยนได้ ค่ะ ประมาณว่า ไม่ได้อยู่ในข่ายห้าม apply for two years อันนี้เปลี่ยนได้ ควรทำเรื่องก่อน วีซ่าหมดอายุ 30 วัน แต่ว่านะแล้วแต่เคสด้วย อย่างเราส่งเปลี่ยนตั้งแต่ June แต่จนแล้วจนรอด จะเดือนสิงหา แล้วยัง pending อยู่เลย แต่อย่างนึงที่สามารถวางใจได้ตราบเท่าที่เคสยัง pending อยู่ เราปลอดภัย ไม่อยู่อย่างผิดกฎหมายแน่นอน เพียงแต่ต้องรออย่างจดจ่อ
ก่อนอื่นก็แค่ต้องไปคุยกะโรงเรียนให้เรียบร้อย ว่าต้องการ I-20 จ่ายค่าเล่าเรียน ทำเอกสารต่างๆ ยื่นไปทาง พี่อิมมิเกชั่น อ้อ ไปโดวโหลดฟอร์ม I-539 เพื่อมากรอกทางคอมหรือจะพริ้นออกมากรอกก็ได้

CHANGE TO F-1 STUDENT STATUS
This handout should only be used as a guide on how to apply to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for a change of status. If you have questions about applying for a change to F-1 student status, we recommend that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney so s/he may review your application before submitting it to the USCIS.
ALL individuals applying for a change to F-1 student status MUST first meet the following requirements:
• MUST be admitted to University for a degree program or to the English Language Academy (ELA)
• MUST have an original University SEVIS I-20 document issued by the office that processed your admission
• MUST have original, current financial documents verifying availability of adequate funds to cover tuition and living expenses. Bank letters and/or statements must not be older than 6 months
PRIMARY DOCUMENTS
ALL individuals applying for a change to F-1 student status MUST submit the following documents to USCIS:
• Original University SEVIS I-20 document (all three pages)
• Original current financial documents verifying you have adequate funds to cover expenses for one academic year
• CLEAR copy of your I-94 card (front & back of the I-94 - small white card in passport)
• CLEAR copy of pages containing the following in your passport: the photograph, passport number and expiration date, and most recently issued visa (if any)
• A completed I-539. Complete the attached form. Complete the supplement only if you have a dependent spouse and/or child. Make sure that the address you list in the application is valid for at least the next 6 months since USCIS will send their response back to the address listed on Form I-539. You may also download this form from the USCIS website at //www.uscis.gov
• $ 200 Money Order payable to DHS (Department of Homeland Security. Please note: personal checks are NOT accepted by DHS).
• SEVIS Fee Receipt As of September 1, 2004, anyone issued an “Initial Attendance—Change of Status Requested” SEVIS I-20 must show proof of payment of the $100 SEVIS fee upon submission of their Change of Status application. For more information on paying the SEVIS fee, please see https://www.fmjfee.com/index.jhtml .
• Evidence of Eligibility – you must also submit additional documents to show that you have lawfully maintained your current non-immigrant status. See below for your current status and submit all of the additional corresponding documents required.
โดยปกติแล้วต้องมีเงินครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายทางการศึกษา และ ค่าครองชีพตามเวลาที่ขอไปก็บอกลบคูณหารเอาแล้วกันนะค่ะ เพราะต่างโรงเรียนก็ต่างค่าใช้จ่าย ของเราให้แฟนเป็นสปอร์เซอร์ให้ แต่นะเราไม่ได้บอกว่าเป็นแฟน อิๆๆ
ถ้าต้องการทนายก็ได้ค่ะ แต่ไม่จำเป็น ต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเบื้องต้นดังนี้
The expenses may split into 3 parts,
1. Confrontation session: overview, question and etc with attorney.
2. Filing Application Fee: the attorney will do everything for you, filing , sending and updating you for all process that occur in between waiting time. But, no guarantee. USCIS will decide your case, not the attorney! But the attorney will safe some risks that might happen if your case is pretty complicate or whatever.
3. This part is for government. If you file the changing status by yourself. You still have to pay for this part.
# For the I-539 application fee, to Homeland security: $200. Money order.
# For SEVIS fee, $100. You can pay online.
เราทำเรื่องเองและแฟนช่วยส่งเอกสารให้ ก็เลยไม่ได้จ่ายด้านนี้ แต่ว่า ทางโรงเรียนต้องการเงินอยู่แล้วแหละ เค้าก็อยากช่วยเรา

"รอประมาน 2-3weeks นะค่ะ แล้วทาง USCIS จะส่ง LIN number มาให้ เราจะสามารถ check เรื่องเราได้ใน computer ค่ะ ว่าตอนนี้ไปถึงไหนแล้ว นะค่ะ พอได้ Lin number มาแล้ว แจ้งให้โรงเรียนทราบนะค่ะ แล้วรออีกสักพัก สัก 2-3 เดือน ทาง USCIS จะ ส่ง approve I-20 (อันที่เราส่งไปให้เค้านะละ เค้าจะstamp สีแดงมาให้) เอา approve I-20 ให้กับทางโรงเรียน ค่ะ นั้นคือ ยินดีด้วยค่ะ เรื่องของคุณผ่านเรียบร้อยไม่มีปัญหา ค่ะ
Visa ไม่ผ่านทำงัย เค้าจะบอกมาค่ะ ว่าเค้าต้องการอะไรเพิ่ม หรือ ทำไม Visa ไม่ผ่าน คุณสามาราถส่งเรื่องไปใหม่อีกครั้ง หรือ กลับเมืองไทย แล้วขอ Visa นักเรียน มาจากเมืองไทย เลย โดนการถือ I-20 กลับไปเองเลยค่ะ "

Schengen visa เชงเก้น
อันนี้เหมือนกันค่าก๊อปมาจากบล็อกภาษาอังกฤษของตัวเองว่างๆจะมาแปลให้ ก็ฝึกภาษากันไปก่อนน่ะค่ะ
อะไรคือเชงเก้นวีซ่า
เชงเก้นวีซ่า คือ วีซ่าที่คุณสามารถเดินทางเข้าออกได้อย่างเสรีในเขตเชงเก้น (ดูกำปั้นทุบดินไปไหมนี่)การเดินทางในเขตนี้เปรียบเสมือนการเดินทางในท้องถิ่นเหมือนกับการเดินทางในอเมริกา ไปแต่ละรัฐนะค่ะ การตรวจเช็คก็จะน้อยลงในการเดินทางข้ามประเทศในกลุ่มนี้(หรือเปล่า อิๆๆ)
ประเทศอะไรบ้างอยู่ในกลุ่มนี้
คำว่าเชงเก้น มาจากเมืองใน ลักเซมเบิร์ก (Luxembourg) เริ่มในเดือนมิถุนายน ปี 1985 เจ็ดประเทศในยุโรปลงนามรวมกันจน เดี๋ยวนี้ มีสมาชิกทั้งหมด 24 ประเทศ ในยุโรป: Austria, Belgium, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slowakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Visas issued before or on December 20, 2007 by the new Schengen States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, The Czech Republic, Slowakia, Slovenia and Malta) are only valid for these 9 new Schengen countries, not for the whole Schengen area.

วีซ่าฝรั่งเศสของเรา

The documents are (You can find your on: //www.ambafrance-th.org/)
1. Picture 2 inch with white backgroup(3.5*4.5)
2. Your real passport
3. Copy of the front (your detail page)
4. Copy of your identification card
5. Proofs of the applicant’s employment: Letter from the employer, with address and telephone number, stating the position held as well as the starting date and the monthly salary. This certificate has to confirm the dates of approved leave from place of work, the return back to work and whether salary is paid or not during the period. For merchants or in case of self-employment: copy of the certificate of the trade registration or other appropriate document (Authorisation of practice). For me my dad had to guarantee me instead with his letter, another properties proof and his letter.
6. Proofs of the applicant’s personal incomes: Copy of all kinds of bank accounts (Updated at least 15 days prior to the application, including the page with the meaning of codes of operations - Name of the holder must be translated) and, if applicable, copies of the three last salary slips.
7. If the applicant has no personal incomes or if they are insufficient : the host in France has to prove his (her) personal incomes (copy of the last notification of taxes, and, if applicable, copy of the three last salary slips or copy of updated bank accounts) et write a letter confirming that he (she) will pay for all the applicant‘s expenses during the stay. (For me in 6 and 7, I sent it all because I think my sponsor is a great credit person more than me, and for real my sponsor support almost everything)
8. Confirmed booking of a return flight ticket(s). Don’t need the real ticket but if your visa is pass, you have to bring the real ticket to show.
9. Proofs of accommodation for the complete duration of stay in France : ORIGINAL sponsorship certificate (‘’attestation d'accueil’’), to be requested by the visited person from his(her) Town Hall (“mairie”) of residence. Or your sponsor aren’t France citizen, you have to show another proof accommodation such as hotel book etc.
10. Motivation letter from the visited person explaining briefly the reasons for the visit. Tell them why; if you come with your boyfriend or girlfriend who sponsors you just tell the truth. You might have to bring the relation proof like pictures or e-mail or letter. But for me, they didn’t ask for this.
11. Copy of the inviting person’s passport (page with photo and pages with the stamp of dates ofadmission and departure from Thailand). But if you like me that met someone outside Thailand don’t be serious, your passport already showed where you were.
12. Proof of medical insurance valid for the length of stay and for all Schengen countries, covering medical repatriation and hospital care. A minimum corresponding to 30,000 Euro (About 1,5 millions Baht) is mandatory. The policy has to be issued by an insurance company based in Europe or one on a list of accepted local companies. The proof of medical insurance can be produced after approval of the delivery of the visa. * Note for this you have to use only insurance accepted company. Check in this link for companies accept

13. Other for someone who bring kids (I don’t know about this part, have to skip)
The fee for Schengen Visa is around 60 Euro (might be up next year) but need to pay in Thai currency up to the current change the day you apply for visa. The fee can’t return to you even you got visa or not and the consul don’t tell you why you aren’t pass. (That’s bad, I know) The time to process around 7 days but you can call to ask about the visa result from the number on your paper receipt before the real date for pick up book. All the people who got the document for the visa are all Thai. They might asked you a few question or more. If they don’t ask much, that’s a good sign but it’s not always. And one more you have to prepare money in the amount that they want, they don’t give you a change. You can go buy food from store inside the embassy for getting the money change before pay for your visa.
The France embassy locates in 29 Sathorn Tai Road, Bangkok 10120. You can go by MRT at Lumpini Station and then up to you want to walk or get motorcycle to the embassy. You’ll have to wait in line outside and inside. Please turn your cell phone off if you don’t want to have a problem to kick off the embassy.
You need to bring the real ticket, or print out confirm e-ticket from internet and the real Heath insurance with a copy to show before get the passport back.
Another Embassy in Schengen Group uses the same standard but might be something a little bit difference. You should check with Embassy website before.
For USA citizen don’t need to apply for Visa just need to pass the immigration. But it’s easy for them and this is a next step.

ง่าย จริงๆ นะกับวีซ่าจีน
ตั้งอยู่ที่ไหนน่า สถานฑูตจีน
สถานทูตจีนอยู่แถวๆ ถนนรัชดาภิเษก อยู่ใกล้ๆ กับตึกทรู อยู่ระหว่างสถานีรถไฟฟ้าพระราม 9 กับสถานีรถไฟฟ้าศูนย์วัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ตรงหน้าทางเข้าสถานทูตจีน (รั้วสีขาว) ทางเข้าอยู่ในซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 แล้วก็อัพเดตนิดนึงสถานฑูตจีนย้ายลงมาที่ชั้น 2 อาคาร AA Building เหมือนเดิม ตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2549 เป็นต้นไป
การเดินทาง
1.รถยนต์ส่วนตัว ถ้ามาจากทางฟอร์จูน ก็ขับขึ้นไปทางทิศเหนือ (เห็นตึกทรูอยู่ด้านขวา) พอผ่านสะพานลอยก็ชิดซ้ายแล้วเลี้ยวเข้าไปซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 มีที่จอดรถอยู่พอสมควร
2.รถเมล์ สาย 137,136,185, 73ก, 206 ฯลฯ เป็นต้น บอกลงป้ายสถานทูตจีน (เลยมา 1 ป้ายจากทางฟอร์จูน หรือ เลยมา 1 ป้ายจากป้ายทางศูนย์วัฒนธรรม)
3.รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน .... ถ้ามาลงสถานีพระราม 9 ออกทางออกที่ 1 แล้วเดินขึ้นไปทางทิศเหนือประมาณ 1 ป้ายรถเมล์กว่าๆ ... ถ้าลงที่สถานีศูนย์วัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ออกที่ทางออกที่ 2 แล้วเดินลงไปทางทิศใต้ไปยังตึก TRUE ข้ามสะพานลอยตรงแยกป้ายรถเมล์สถานทูตจีน
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม
1.รูปถ่าย 1 นิ้ว หรือ 2 นิ้ว (อะไรก็ได้) 1 ใบ
2.ใบ application มีอยู่ในเว็บของสถานทูตจีนประจำประเทศไทย ไปโหลดมากรอกไว้ก่อนได้เลยจากที่นี่

3.พาสปอร์ต ที่มีหน้าเหลืออยู่ และมีอายุก่อนการเดินทางไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน
และสามารถฝากใครไปทำให้ก็ได้ ฝากกันไปทีละเป็น 10 เล่มก็ได้เช่นกัน
หมายเหตุ : ถ้าขี้เกียจโหลดมาก่อน และไม่รีบร้อน ไปหยิบแบบฟอร์มที่สถานทูต แล้วกรอกทีหลังก็ได้ ที่นั่นไม่มีปากกาให้ใช้ฟรี(มีขาย 10 บาท) แต่มีกาวน้ำให้
ข้อมูลสถานที่ และเวลาทำการ
สถานที่ : หน่วยที่รับทำวีซ่า จะอยู่ที่ อาคาร AA Building ติดกับสะพานลอยป้ายรถเมล์สถานทูตจีน ติดซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 โดยจะอยู่ใกล้ๆ กันกับรั้วสีขาวของตัวสถานทูตจีน (มีซอยรัชดาภิเษก 3 กั้นระหว่างกลางอยู่) .... แน่นอนว่า ตำแหน่งของตัวสถานทูตจีน (รั้วสีขาว) จะอยู่ตรงกันข้ามพอดีกับตึก TRUE เอาตึก True เป็น Landmark ไว้ มองตึกทรู แล้วสถานทูตอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามเลย
เวลาทำการ : เปิดเวลา 9.00 น.และปิดเวลา 11.30 น. ถ้าหากว่ามาทำวีซ่าแบบวันเดียว จะได้รับในเวลา 15.00-15.30 น. ครับ กรณีมาทำแบบ 4 วันจะไม่รวมวันหยุดราชการ ดังนั้น มาทำวันจันทร์ ได้รับวันพฤหัส ทำวันอังคารได้รับวันศุกร์ มาทำวันพุธ ข้ามไปรับวันจันทร์ เป็นต้น
