Cupscake on the 5 years wedding anniversary

On the 11 of December, we celebreated our wedding anniversary. So, I was thinking about making myself an anniversary cakes. I end up with the cupscake the idea from Khun Puk delidilicious blog. Thank you so much for a perfect idea for cupscake.

The cuke was the apple cupscake topped with butter cream (recipie from kitchen room, pantip, khun Mam teara) and decorated with Italian merangue butter cream roses and fresh raspberries.

I also made orange cupscake, it is a favorite cupscake of everyone.

I did practice how to make a rose from butter cream before i did it in real. It was not that easy, but i finally did it :P Come and see this is was the first rose i made from butter cream

This is the one i made for the anniversary day.
