Norman also lists 36 organ tissues in the body whose cells respond biologically to vitamin D, including bone marrow, breast, colon, intestine, kidney, lung, prostate, retina, skin, stomach and uterine tissues.

According to Norman, deficiency of vitamin D can impact all 36 organs. Already, vitamin D deficiency is associated with muscle strength decrease, high risk for falls, and increased risk for colorectal, prostate and breast and other major cancers.

An unrelated study also suggests that low vitamin D is associated with Parkinson’s disease. The majority (55 percent) of Parkinson's disease patients in the study had insufficient levels of vitamin D.

Meanwhile, the American Academy of Pediatrics has doubled its recommendation for a daily dose of vitamin D in children, in the hopes of preventing rickets and promoting other health benefits.


Germans found that Vitamin D increases the immune system by 3-5 times and is BETTER than any vaccine at helping the immune system beat the h5n1 (bird flu) virus.

Vitamin D is important for helping the immune system fight the flu virus. One reason why the flu may be more contagious in the winter time is because of the lack of sunlight. The lack of sunlight prevents our skin from producing sufficient levels of vitamin D. There is now documented evidence about the roles of solar ultraviolet-B radiation and vitamin D in reducing case-fatality rates from the 1918-1918 influenza Pandemic in EU.

Ukraine Pneumonic Plague Update Nov 8

It seems that what is happening in the Ukraine is indeed plague and that it was most likely delivered by means of biological warfare through aerosol sprays.This is not confirmed, but my own thought on the matter. It is possible that the disease is a mutated form of A/H1N1 (for which thevaccine will probably be useless,I imagine) or that it is a form of weaponized influenza or plague.

Rumours no surprise
Given that the Ukraine is still dealing with the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster ofin 1986, it’s unsurprising that such rumours have arisen. But are they just rumours, or is there some substance to the claims?

In August 2009, a man called Joseph Mosse, who claims to be a former microbiologist with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, was arrested in Los Angeles, after having made threats against the White House.

Shortly after his arrest there were reports that he had called into a radio show with a warning about a biological weapon being prepared in the Ukraine by a company called Baxter International. According to these reports, Mr Mosse said that the weapon would be spread via a flu vaccine.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Unless you've stayed away from magazines and TV this year, you probably know this is an ad for Allegra, an allergy drug manufactured by Hoechst Marion Roussel, Inc. The caption reads: "This allergy season, live with ahhhbandon. Ahhh! Allegra!"

The Allegra print campaign is one of a multitude of highly visible prescription' drug advertisements aimed directly at the public. Ever since federal regulations changed laws governing the advertising of prescription drugs in the 1980s, such advertising efforts have taken off. Manufacturers spent $137 million on direct-to-consumer drug advertising on television alone in 1996, according to IMS America and Nielsen Media Research. Advertising is also extensive in most major consumer magazines. "They're spending a ton of money" says Jack Trout, a marketing expert based in Greenwich, Connecticut, and author of The New Positioning: The Latest on the World's Number 1 Business Strategy. "They're keeping these magazines afloat."

The Origin of Sunday

Sun worship infects ancient Israel: In the ancient world, 'sun worship' was one of the most common forms of pagan idolatry. Immediately after Israel left Egypt, God warned His people against being "driven to worship the sun."

Deuteronomy 4:19…..' And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.' ….. Yet Israel later yielded to temptation, compromised with the nations around them, and dedicated their "horses ... to the sun." 2 Kings 23:11. During a time of revival, King Josiah purged much of Israel and "burned the chariots of the sun with fire." 2 Kings 23:11.

Before the Babylonian captivity, many Israelite leaders rejected their Creator, yielded again to idolatry, and "worshipped the sun toward the east."

Ezekiel 8:16……' And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.' …… Sounds a lot like the 'sunrise service' many churches have at easter. At the same time, God declared that they "hid their eyes from My Sabbaths." Ezekiel 22:26. Thus ancient Israel shifted from Sabbath keeping to sun worship.

Sun worship, the day of the sun, and Sunday: The Romans called the sun god Mithra and Apollo, and they especially worshiped the sun on "the first day of the week," also called "Dies Solis" (Latin), which means, day of the sun.

The name Sunday was adopted because……'this day was anciently dedicated to the sun, or to its worship. The first day of the week.' Webster's Dictionary; 1929 edition.

"The retention of the old pagan name of Dies Solis, for Sunday is, in a great measure, owing to the union of pagan and Christian sentiment with which the first day of the week was recommended by Constantine to his subjects - pagan and Christian alike - as the 'venerable' day of the sun." Arthur P. Stanley, History of the Eastern Church, p. 184 …… "On the venerable day of the Sun let the Magistrates and the people residing in the cities rest, and let all workshops be closed." The names of days in today's English come from ancient paganism, where they were originally associated with celestial objects and heathen gods.

dies Mercurii <---- Mercury's day <--- Woden's day = Wednesday

dies Saturni <------ Saturn's day = Saturday

The adoption of the 25th of December for the celebration of Christmas is perhaps the most explicit example of sun worship's influence on the Christian liturgical calendar. It is a known fact that the pagan feast of the Dies Natalis Solis Invicti - the birthday of the Invincible Sun, was held on that date.


One of the Roman names for this "Invincible Sun" god in the days of the apostles was Mithras. There are striking similarities between the ancient worship of Mithras and today's Christianity, leading some to think early Christians adopted Sunday worship from heathen customs.

For instance, Mithraism's sacred day of Sunday was said to be called "the Lord's Day." Donald Morse, a retired professor at Temple University, wrote a 1999 essay comparing the tenets of Mithraism to modern Christianity, explaining Mithras was worshipped on Sunday; was born of a virgin known as the "mother of God" on Dec. 25; was part of a holy trinity; and had a "Last Supper" with his 12 followers before his death and resurrection at Easter time near the spring equinox. Mithraists were also taught they had immortal souls that went to a celestial heaven or an infernal hell at death.

All of these religions intermingled in those days.

The roman catholic church brought Christianity and sun worship together, by changing the 7th day Sabbath to the 1st day….day of the sun…Sunday! They have boasted throughout history that they were the ones to change the Sabbath day. They admit that the true Sabbath Day is the 7th day of the week, but claim to have the authority to change the law of God.

* He says to the mountains "RISE" and they do it.
* He says to the seas "GATHER TOGETHER IN THIS PLACE AND GO NO FURTHER" and they do it.
* He says to the stars "MAKE THIS FORMATION" and they obey.

***He says to man "KEEP THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH HOLY" and we say, "no!
..... we'll keep the day we choose!"
