Self-Confidence Supports Success

I read the book named "the Subject of Success of Thinkers" written by a Chinese, his name is Wei .......(เหวย์ ซิ่วอิง) . Sorry that I cannot spell his name in Englist. This book has been translated into Thai and many other languages. However, I read and write based on my understanding, so this might not be the same version.

Our self-confidence is a crucial factor to help us reach success. Self-confident people attain goals more easily. They usually realize what is their ultimate goal. Hence, they will work to the best of their ability to achieve their goal. They remember that the harder the goals are, the more the time is required to devote, so they know that they have to be patient and keep working hard. From this point, the author suggests that we should remember the saying that "Rome cannot be built in a day, and the best fish swims near the bottom." However, it does not mean that we should be hesitate and move slowly. Indeed, we have to rush to complete the works to hit targets quickly with perseverance. In order to succeed, we have to focus on the relationship of time and the degree of our competency so that we do not overestimate or underestimate ourselves.

In short, the key words should be reminded: having goals, being patient, rushing to complete works (to achieve goals), and evaluating time and our competency.
