เล่มนี้ตีพิมพ์ครั้งแรกในปี ค.ศ. 1964 หลังจากที่เขาเสียชีวิต ปีนี้ผู้อ่านจะได้พบกับฉบับใหม่ Restored Edition ซึ่งจะเพิ่มส่วนที่ถูกตัดออกจากฉบับพิมพ์ที่ผ่านๆมา
