Responsibilities:

• Assure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental issues on a district level.
• Eliminate or control hazardous conditions resulting from human error, equipment, and machine operations which may lead to injury and / or property damage.
• Assist in identification, analysis, and control of hazards requiring the application of knowledge skill, and abilities.
• Promote good safety awareness, encouraging and promoting a safe working culture.
• Responsible for reporting any incidents concerning employees or property immediately to Corporate HR and Safety departments.
• Conduct on site accident investigations to determine root causes for accidents.
• Perform other relevant duties as requested by management.
• Perform safety training to employees in respective operations to ensure compliance with international and state or country guidelines.

Qualification:

• Safety Professional Level
• Good communication in English (IELTS score 6.0 or TOEIC 650)
• Good computer skill sets including Microsoft Office and web site knowledge.
• ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 (optional)
• Other international certificate such as OSHA or NEBOSH (optional)
• Basic understanding of oil & gas industry

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred Major: Science or Engineering degree / preferably occupational health and safety

We are a multinational Company engaged in the exploration for, and the development and production of, oil and natural gas, onshore Thailand and Hong Kong/China. We require additional persons to assist in our Production Team.




Job Summary:

• 0-3 years experience in OIL& Gas. Fresh graduated are welcome.
• B. Eng Electrical Engineer or any related field.
• Design, prepare and update, engineer all Electrical & Instrument structure system and installations relating to crude oil production process and associated facilities related to ECOE and ECOR assets.
• Assist and cover for, as required, system designers and engineers and draft all, and control instrumentation of the systems relating to crude oil production processes and associated facilities related to ECOE, ECOR assets.
• Follow international recognized and local standards and specifications, ensure quality standards are maintained and the modification work of the existing process facility comply to international and Thai standards and regulations
• Compile data files (hard copies and electronic copies) for all projects
• Provide full project management as required, including costing, scheduling etc.
• Assist other installation staff with technical support and instructing on the use of electrical equipment
• AutoCAD
• with Prof License (not essential)
• This Position will be based in Wichainburi, Petchabun Thailand

Deliverable:

• Ensure all designs are correct and within company agreed standards
• Ensure all designs are safe
• Ensure all data files are kept to date and correct

Communication:

• Assist with the compilation of O&M manuals for new and existing installations
• Assist with the compilation of SOP’s for process equipment work, Electrical and Instrument technical support.
• Assist with the commissioning and fault finding of Electrical and Instrument as required
• Work closely with Production department to recommend better use of existing equipment to optimize production and production costs
• To assist training department with material and course outlines
• Ensure good housekeeping in worksite and the office
• To follow all company ethics and polices
• Work safety within all HSE guidelines

The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic and have a good command of English. The candidate should also have a high level of confidence, will be used to working in a multi-national environment, and must have a working background in the petroleum industry.
