Diary >> Job interview

  Today I have a chance to go for a job interview at one of the biggest bank in Thailand. An interviewer is a foreigner guy who is the head of the department  I sent an application to work for. I  do not have time to prepare for this interview (of course, it's an excuse ==" ) and I thought it would be like the same job interviews as before. As a result, we discuss the big pictures of this job. I do not go into details even if I should. I realize my English is very weak ,although one of my goals is to master it. I always have a big problem with the speaking part. I'm always panic when I have to speaking English anytime. I will be aware of the wrong grammar after the sentence has spilled out from my mount. I think what I try to communicate  the moment that I will speak it out. Therefore , it's usually grammatically incorrect. I mix up tenses and it's always wrong when I try to use past tenses. Moreover, I cannot diversify my vocabulary. So, it may make me stupid since I cannot come up with diverse words. There are a lot of mistakes happening so much that I cannot count. I have no confidence in speaking English. This is the black hole in my mastering English. Poor me, right? try to be a Standford student but cannot communicate with native speakers.
