ในปี 2006 วงได้รับรางวัลแกรมมีสาขา best Country Collaboration ในเพลง "Who Says You Can't Go Home" ร่วมกับเจนนิเฟอร์ เน็ตเติลส์ จากวงคันทรี ซูการ์แลนด์ และพวกเขาถือเป็นวงร็อกวงแรกที่มีเพลงอันดับ 1 บนชาร์ทฮ็อตคันทรีซ็องส์ จากเพลงเดียวกันนี้เอง วงได้รับการเสนอชื่อรางวัลแกรมมี่อยู่หลายครั้งจากอัลบั้ม Crush, Bounce, และ Lost Highway พวกเขามีผลงานสตูดิโออัลบั้ม 10 ชุด ที่มียอดขายระดับแผ่นเสียงทองคำขาว 9 ชุด นอกจากนั้นยังมีเพลงติดใน 40 อันดับแรกของบิลบอร์ด 19 ซิงเกิล มีเพลงอันดับ 1 อยู่ 4 เพลงคือ "You Give Love a Bad Name", "Livin' on a Prayer", "Bad Medicine", และ "I'll Be There for You"
